In the week of October 23th through 27th the Salinas FFA chapter celebrated our annual Greenhnad Week! Throughout the week the officer team put on activities to get the new members (Greenhands) involved. Students that participated in all the events will be receiving their FFA Greenhand Degrees in January.

Monday 10/23- Greenhand Passport hand out/Introduction to Greenhand Week
Tuesday 10/24- "Greenhand Day" (Members dye hands green)
Wednesday 10/25- Annual Greenhand Auction! (Greenhands are auctioned off to parents as a fundraiser for the chapter)
Thursday 10/26- "Tree of Greenhands" (First year members created a tree on the wall using green hand shaped paper with their names on them to be the leaves)
Friday 10/27- Greenhand Lunch (pizza party social at lunch in the shop)
