Ag. Mechanics Pathway
In Salinas FFA, we have a great vocational welding program which is led in one of our classrooms, the shop. The kids in this class start the year with safety lessons then learn how to properly use machinery and the basics of welding, by the end of the year students will be able to fabricate their own projects!
The Horticulture pathway consists of Horticulture and Landscape Design, where students learn about the practice of plant and garden management, and the opportunities it holds.

Agricultural Government and Economy, commonly referred to as Gov and Econ, is a class available to Salinas FFA Seniors. The curriculum focuses on studying both American market economy and governmental procedures, and students learn a wide variety of information that is applicable to real life, and agricultural pursuits.
